Business as Usual, Despite Looming Government Shutdown

To Our Valued Business Partners,

We’ve received several inquiries surrounding the impending government shutdown and how it might impact our ability to “do business.” As all Approved Insurance Providers (AIPs) are part of a public/private partnership with the government to offer federally reinsured crop insurance coverage, these questions are only natural. However, I can assure you that should a shutdown occur, Hudson will continue to conduct business as usual.

We will always choose to view hurdles or challenges as opportunities, and many of you took witness to that in 2020. That mindset and culture, combined with our strong financial roots and relentless commitment to top-notch service, is why I’m confident you will see no change in our ability to “do business” at the expert level you and your insureds have grown accustomed to. Phones will be answered, emails responded to and eligible claims paid timely and in full. On behalf of all of Hudson, I want to thank you for your continued trust in us and encourage you to reach out with any questions or concerns you might have.

All the best,

Dan Gasser, President

Hudson Crop Insurance Services, Inc.
