    Claims Adjuster

    The Field Claims Adjuster is an entry level position and is responsible for completing field inspections, reading maps and aerial photos, measuring fields and storage bins and assessing damage. Also, appraising and establishing production of crops. This positions reports directly to the Area Claims Supervisor. This position requires up to one year of experience in the related field and a CAPP or State license. 

    Claims Adjuster Apprentice

    We’re seeking candidates to join our NEW Claims Adjuster Apprenticeship Program! Selected Apprentices will work alongside seasoned Hudson Crop Claims Staff members to learn the Claims Adjusting craft. Hudson will invest in these individuals’ training and development in the hopes of kick-starting a well-rounded, fulfilling career with a company built on integrity in an exciting, ever-changing industry.

    Though available across the U.S., Hudson is particularly eager to gain program applicants from the Florida area.

     

    Crop Insurance Specialist (Underwriter)

    A Hudson Crop Insurance Specialist (CIS) provides quality customer service to agents, advisors and insureds through accurate and timely policy processing. They deliver fair, friendly and knowledgeable service by utilizing various reference materials and problem solving skills in a positive, team-driven environment. A CIS may also promote positive actions with customers through training and mentoring. The Hudson Crop Underwriting Team as a whole values a customer-driven culture, results-oriented attitude, creativity, professionalism and collaboration.

     

    Regional Sales Manager

    This position is responsible for recruitment of new sales agents and developing and maintaining relationships with existing agents. This person is accountable for the achievement of sales objectives and financial objectives for an assigned territory. This person is responsible for helping agents develop, implement and execute an individually designed business plan. This person is directly accountable for assisting agents in achieving business plan goals to increase growth, profitability, retention and new business. This person manages the performance and results of agents through training, product support, and collaboration on design strategy of their business plan. This person may supervise Field Representatives. The position requires the ability to facilitate complex discussions, serve as a resource for the company, and create complex written communications. This position requires a minimum of three to seven years of experience in a crop sales position. This person reports directly to National Sales Manager or National Accounts Manager.
