Area Claims Supervisor
The Area Claims Supervisor (ACS) is responsible for the oversight and management of Claims Adjusters in their assigned territory, as well as serving as the primary contact for assigned agencies. This position requires maintaining a working knowledge of regulatory rules, regulations and procedures. The ACS facilitates training, problem solving, coaching, claims adjustment, organization, conflict resolution and general customer service with strong interpersonal and communication skills. The ACS also performs the same tasks as a Claims Adjuster in addition to ACS responsibilities. This position reports to the Regional Claims Manager.
- IN / OH / MI Area Claims Supervisor
The Field Claims Adjuster is an entry level position and is responsible for completing field inspections, reading maps and aerial photos, measuring fields and storage bins and assessing damage. Also, appraising and establishing production of crops. This positions reports directly to the Area Claims Supervisor.
